Mezuzah – Fused Glass

St. Louis artist, Michele Reichlin, designs and creates beautifully crafted mezuzahs from individually hand-cut glass. Each color was once a distinct piece which are then carefully positioned, layered and fused in an initial firing. The rounded shape is created in the final firing using a specially created ceramic mold. The hand fabricated brass findings are also fused into the glass, allowing the mezuzah to be attached to a doorpost. Each mezuzah comes with a non-Kosher scroll covered with acrylic. Screws/nails for hanging are not included.
